Who We Are
Digital Agility Group LLC is a business advisory and intelligence firm focused on artificial intelligence, business transformation, and the built environment.
We help construction, trades, real estate, and service businesses identify where AI, automation, and better operating systems can create measurable business value.
Our approach starts with the business rather than the technology. We examine workflows, systems, decision points, bottlenecks, handoffs, data, and performance measures before recommending solutions. That means distinguishing between problems that require AI, problems better solved through conventional automation or process improvement, and problems that should not be automated at all.
The goal is practical improvement: stronger revenue performance, greater operating efficiency, better decision-making, improved customer experience, and more scalable organizations.
We believe AI should not be adopted because it is new. It should be used where it can produce a measurable business result.
Divisions
Digital Agility Group operates through three complementary divisions focused on AI transformation, business intelligence, and thought leadership for the built environment.
ThinkAgility AI
AI Built for the Built World.
ThinkAgility AI helps construction, trades, real estate, and service businesses identify where artificial intelligence, automation, and better workflows can create measurable business value.
We begin by understanding how the business actually operates—its workflows, systems, bottlenecks, decision points, data, and handoffs—before recommending technology. From AI readiness and workflow diagnostics through implementation planning and ongoing advisory, our focus is practical: improving revenue performance, operating efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and scalability.
SmartDeal Media
Smart Insights for Smarter Decisions.
SmartDeal Media provides research, analysis, and business intelligence for executives, operators, investors, and professionals working in and around the built environment.
We examine markets, technologies, products, business models, and emerging trends and translate complex information into practical insights that support better strategic and investment decisions.
AgilityWorks Studio
Ideas Made to Move.
AgilityWorks Studio is the publishing and thought-leadership arm of Digital Agility Group.
We develop books, reports, executive guides, educational resources, and other content that translate complex ideas in artificial intelligence, business transformation, construction, real estate, and strategy into useful knowledge for business leaders and operators.
Why Choose Us
Expert Digital Advice
AI initiatives fail when technology is introduced without a clear understanding of the business problem, the workflow, or the outcome that needs to improve.
Digital Agility Group takes a business-first approach.
We combine experience across technology, construction, real estate, operations, sales, and strategy to help organizations evaluate AI in the context of how their businesses actually work.
Business Before Technology
We start with workflows, systems, bottlenecks, decision points, and performance measures before recommending AI or automation. The goal is to solve the right problem—not simply introduce another tool.
Practical, Not Theoretical
Our focus is on use cases that can improve measurable business outcomes such as revenue, productivity, customer experience, cycle time, and operating efficiency.
Built-World Perspective
We understand the operating realities of construction, trades, real estate, and service businesses, including fragmented workflows, complex handoffs, field operations, sales processes, administrative burden, and legacy systems.
Technology With Controls
Effective AI requires more than a model. We consider system integration, data access, permissions, human approval, escalation, governance, and evaluation so solutions can operate responsibly inside the business.
Independent Thinking
Not every problem requires AI. Sometimes the better answer is conventional automation, process redesign, an existing software capability, or no technology change at all. Our role is to recommend what makes business sense.
Measurable Results
Every initiative should have a clear reason for existing and a way to determine whether it worked. We emphasize defined objectives, performance measures, and business outcomes from the beginning.
Our Advantage
Our advantage is the ability to connect business strategy, operating reality, and emerging technology.
Digital Agility Group brings together experience across technology, construction, real estate, operations, sales, and strategy to evaluate AI through a practical business lens. We understand that successful implementation depends on more than selecting the right tools—it requires understanding how work moves through an organization, where value is created, where friction exists, and how technology fits into the broader operating system.
That perspective allows us to bridge the gap between executive priorities and day-to-day execution.
We help leaders translate business problems into practical AI and automation opportunities, identify where technology can create measurable value, and build a clear path from concept to implementation.
The result is a more disciplined approach to AI: grounded in business needs, informed by real operating conditions, and focused on outcomes that matter.
Not Every Problem Needs AI
Sometimes the right answer is better process design, conventional automation, an existing software capability, or no technology change at all.
Our role is to identify what will create the most business value—not to force AI into every problem.
AI should produce a business result.
Industries We Serve
Digital Agility Group works with businesses across the built environment where complex workflows, fragmented systems, administrative burden, and operational handoffs create opportunities for better process design, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Our focus is on industries where technology can improve measurable business outcomes without losing sight of the operational realities behind the work.
Construction
We work with general contractors, specialty contractors, builders, and other construction businesses seeking to improve how information and work move from lead generation and estimating through project execution and closeout.
Opportunities may include sales and lead workflows, estimating, scheduling, documentation, project coordination, customer communication, administrative processes, and management reporting.
Trades & Home Services
We support trade and home-service businesses where revenue performance and operational efficiency depend on strong coordination between marketing, sales, field operations, customer service, and back-office teams.
Our work may include lead response, appointment workflows, sales follow-up, estimating, scheduling, customer communications, field-to-office handoffs, documentation, and performance measurement.
Real Estate
We work with real estate owners, developers, investors, operators, and service providers to improve decision-making, information flow, and operational processes across the asset lifecycle.
Applications may include market and asset analysis, acquisition support, reporting, leasing workflows, document management, marketing, tenant communication, and portfolio operations.
Building Products & Services
We also support companies that serve the built environment, including manufacturers, distributors, building-product companies, professional service providers, and other businesses whose customers operate in construction and real estate.
These organizations often face many of the same challenges: fragmented customer data, complex sales cycles, manual administrative processes, disconnected systems, and difficulty turning information into timely decisions.
